Default Assassin Combos

Right now I use the overplayed Golden Phoenix, ox, falling spider, twisting fangs combo. However, I really would like to switch my combo. This is a good one, but it's not "excellent." First off, I don't want to rely on an enchantment to start my combo, because I don't want to use the standard AoD (I'm leaning towards shadowform). Secondly, I don't want to have more than 4 skills as my attack side, because I need an escape spell, a healing spell, and a res signet. Thirdly... I am trying to find a more disabling combo. Ox messes up a lot because people tend to stick together in PvP and sometimes I don't realize said person is near an ally.

So I'm trying to find a disabling (preferably knockdown or damaging interrupt) 4 point combo that doesn't rely on enchantments to be good. However, if there is no other way, I'd use Shadow Form and Golden Phoenix if need be. Also, if my second 4 buttons would be Res Signet, Shadowform, Shadow refuge, and Vipers defense, should I exchange VD for something more escape-like (for instance, the ally enchantment one)?

Well you can try Mark of Instability + Black Lotus strike + Twisting Fangs + Falling Spider.

Another one you could try would be (any hex/condition), Iron Palm, Falling Spider, Twisting Fangs.

You could also try using Shadow of Haste+(dash or VD) as your in/out skills. Get in hastily, then teleport out by changing stance with the () skills.

Or:

Palm Strike > Ox > Spider > Fang.
Like you said though, PvP guys love to group and prevent knockdown. If that's the case, Just go Palm > Fang and use somthing offensive from your secondary class to cover the loss of animal arts.

EDIT: Oh hey, how bout this just in case you wanna ditch Ox and Spider
Palm Strike > Repeating Strike (SPAM) > Fang

My Combo for PvE

Unsuspected Strike, Wild Strike, Twisting Fang, Death Blosome
Combo I saw in this thread are nice but some foe just immune to poison, disease ,bleeding and deep wound (eg; Stone Judge, Jade Armor/Bow , Skeleton xxx)

Death blosome are use when you face these types of foe and it will clear off the dying foe arround

i use palm strike > twisting fangs then jagged strike > wild strike > death blossom

i only use jagged and wild strikes because they recharge fast. when i cap moebius strike or assassin's promise, i'll probably switch to MoI/BLS combo.

Skills set
gift of health
{escaping move}
Mark of instability
black lotus strike
elite{palm strike or sleeping strike}
twisting fangs
falling spider
criticle eye or ress sig

stats:
16 dagg mastery
13 healing
13 criticle strikes

summary:
this is a good build because can just heal about 125 dmg off ur ass instead of using shadow refuge whick takes longer to recharge. the combo chain is mark of instability+ black lotus strike which gives u like 15 energy+ twisting fangs+ falling spider. sleeping wound is a good elite skill to unleash after this combo. or if the enemy is still alive u would use palm strike and twisting fangs, while all the other skills recharge. the use any escape move that suites you. if wanna add extra damage use criticle eye or ress sig to rezz.

another good thing to keep alive is buy the gold vigor rune with faction points. add 1 of them to each part of amour which you may end up with 625-675 life points

By hedgetrimmer=) post any remarkes about this build if you like

2 things id like to point out, first gift of health is target other ally, cant use on self, second vigor runes dont stack you can only use one any others have no effect
